Performance Appraisal Program

Concept

On an annual basis all staff should be interviewed by management to review performance against measurements set down in the individuals position profile. This is an opportunity to summarise the last twelve months and to develop plans to improve performance and enhance career opportunities over the next twelve months. A third party should be present to ensure the interview is conducted in an unbiased manner and that communication is two way. The third party may be a specially trained staff member or we offer ourselves as an independent consultant.

The third party ensures the interview is fair and accurate as well as giving assistance and ideas on solving problems.
